It's all happening. Another day of the Scandoval saga, that is.
Scheana Shay's lawyer is speaking out, after Vanderpump Rules' Raquel Leviss claimed in a restraining order request that Scheana punched her in the face amid the aftermath of Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's breakup.
"This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her," Scheana's attorney Neama Rahmani said in a statement to E! News March 9, one day after Raquel was granted a temporary restraining order against her co-star. "Scheana never punched Rachel, period."
According to court documents obtained by E! News, Raquel (born Rachel) said that Scheana's alleged attack—which she says took place around 1:30 a.m. on March 2, after they were on Watch What Happens Live March 1—left her with a "black eye and cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision & swelling to left eye."
But Scheana's lawyer denies such markings came from her client. "The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months," the attorney said. "Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward."
And at this point, Scheana ready to have her day in court.
"The judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened," his statement continued, "and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing."
E! News has reached out to Raquel's rep for comment but hasn't heard back.
The fallout between ex-friends stemmed from allegations that Raquel was involved in a long-term affair with Tom, who was in a nine-year relationship with Ariana, Scheana's best friend.
Five days after the news broke, Raquel took to Instagram to issue a statement.
"I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships," she wrote in part March 8. "There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."
As for where things stand between the pageant queen and Ariana IRL?
Raquel "called and tried to text Ariana twice" before releasing a public apology, a source with knowledge told E! News.
The former Miss Sonoma County later released a second public statement.
"Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship," Raquel's most recent Instagram post read. "Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones."
She also addressed where she stands with the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras singer.
"I need to take care of my health, work on self growth and take time to be ok with being alone," Raquel concluded, "I care for Tom and I don't want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal."
As far as apologies go, Tom has put down his trumpet and picked up his phone as he, too, released two apologies on the 'gram this week.
"I feel really horrible," he wrote in part on Instagram March 7. "My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends."
