Vanderpump Rules' Tom Sandoval Calls Out Resort for Not Being Better "Refuge" Amid Scandal

Tom Sandoval is SUR-ving up a bad review of Miraval.
The Vanderpump Rules star slammed the Arizona wellness resort after they allegedly hinted at his upcoming stay amid his cheating scandal with co-star Raquel Leviss in a since-deleted Instagram post that quoted the Bravo series' theme song.
"I'm beyond disappointed in @MiravalResorts @MiravalArizona and their decision to post to their Instagram account this past weekend alluding to me staying there this week," Sandoval wrote his Instagram story on April 17. "They claim to be a refuge for wellness and betterment. But that is obviously false. They'd rather feed into the negativity and spectacle that has engulfed my life."
The TomTom co-owner explained that he had intended to go there to work on himself in the wake of Scandoval. "I planned a trip to go there completely alone to try and find some peace," he continued. "Miraval clearly isn't the place for that."
The 40-year-old concluded his post with, "Regardless of where you stand in all of this. We all deserve the chance to work to be better."
Sandoval also re-shared the post in question. Alongside a photo of the resort's bar, Miraval captioned the post using Vanderpump Rules lyrics, "You know that it's our time, these are the best days of our life."
E! News has reached out to Miraval for comment but hasn't received a response.
The Bravo star's comments come three days after E! News confirmed Leviss is seeking mental health treatment amid public backlash from their months-long affair, which came to light on March 3.
"Raquel and her family decided months before the relationship was discovered, that she needed mental health treatment and ultimately decided she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling," her rep told E! News on April 14. "Raquel was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health."
Meanwhile, Sandoval's former partner of nine years Ariana Madix, who broke up with him last month over his cheating, has seemingly moved on from the drama.
During the first weekend of Coachella 2023, she was spotted making out with fitness coach Daniel Wai. The duo enjoyed a PDA-packed weekend at the annual Southern California festival from April 14 to 16 with friends, including co-stars Scheana Shay and Brock Davies.
Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
